Rooms were very clean. We did have a broken USB and the bathroom needs updating. Other than that everything was great. We always pick Holiday Inn Express for our stay. The beds and pillows are the best!
Not a complaint, but not enough chairs in the room. No where to sit to get dressed. But that was a minor inconvenience. But we enjoyed our stay here and will be back.
We had to stay at Holiday Inn for a week because our a/c went out at home. This hotel was very clean and accommodating. Friendly staff, breakfast was always fresh. The room was very spacious. The workout room had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location!
I have stayed here a few times and anytime I am in the area, I will certainly stay here again. The rooms are nice, there is a free continental breakfast that has a good selection, and a pool and small gym area.
I do quite a bit of traveling for work, but usually I have a say as to where I get to stay. Traveling with a large group is tough...like entire hotel-filling group. The staff handled check in fairly well as well as breakfast the next morning. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Just not to the level I would expect for the rate they were asking. I know this changes based upon demand but it made me audibly gasp when I was told what the rate would be. Some people had issues getting into their rooms and when speaking with staff discovered that there is no maintenance staff to respond...that was questionable. The issues I experienced were minor though compared to having a clean comfortable place to stay (I was just super happy my room key worked when I knew others didnt)
All the best parts of HIE and possibly one of the best breakfasts I’ve come across in their domain. If we could just get a scheduled rotation on the coffee machines they’d be perfect.
Stayed here before for a wedding so was comfortable returning. Only room available was a handicap room which on the surface is okay. Couple issues all related to the shower. The shower head won't stay in the holder it looks like they are not compatible. Secondly the floor got soaked outside the shower possibly because of the first issue and needed way more towels. #334
Staff very nice, cordial and professional. The morning breakfast was good, minimal choices but tasty. Will stay again. They have updated and still doing work, not a problem. No noises that interfere with sleep. Location close to expressway and many restaurants.
